The two entities signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the alliance as well and the news seemed to have come as a source of excitement for investors. The company is involved in distributing premium branded cosmetic and other consumer products to duty free as well as wholesale shops all across the globe.
Stilbon is based out of Miami in Florida and boasts of a reliable and large distribution network across several geographies. The distribution networks are present in Asia, Caribbean, Europe and South America. Now that Amazonas Florestal has signed this strategic alliance, the company will now be able to distribute is hemp based products in as many as three continents by way of this new understanding with Stilbon. It is going to start with the supply of custom made products to as many as 3000 points of sale located in Italy.
