Dark Pulse Inc (DPLS) Stock Continues to Fall: Down 20% in a Week

Dark Pulse Inc (OTCMKTS:DPLS) announced that they had appointed Kari Williams, the former Vice President of Rolls Royce, to Optilan’s executive team as the Sales and Marketing Director.

Williams has worked Internationally with suppliers, governments, and customers in sectors like Defence, Civil Aerospace, and Energy. Her work was in business development, sales, transformation, and marketing.

While working for Rolls Royce, Williams’ job was to provide strategic direction for the company’s brand story. She also helped the company with bidding and negotiations for service contracts and original equipment.

At Optlian’s, Williams’ new role will include developing the company’s sales pipeline and helping it reach its target sectors. The target sectors include the rail and renewables industries. These industries have been identified as areas of key strategic growth since 2020 when Bill Bayliss was CEO. Williams has vast experience in customer requirements, services, and lifecycle thus is the best candidate to help Optilan grow in these industries.

Williams has an Honours Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management. She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Market Reaction:

On Monday, DPLS stock decreased 5.38% at $0.0949 with more than 30.79 million shares, compared to its average volume of 104.68 million shares. The stock has moved within a range of $0.0905 – 0.1020 after opening the trade at $0.10.
