Publicly traded Corporation focused on celebrity entertainment, social media, and TV communications, Valiant Eagle Inc (OTCMKTS:PSRU), on September 14, 2021, announced major updates to shareholders.
A letter of intent has been signed by Cinevision Global enabling Valiant Eagle’s NFT marketplace, Fungy, to sell films and a television catalog of over 2,000 titles. Fungy’s NFT is aiming to launch in the coming weeks.
Bought and sold online using cryptocurrency, NFT is a digital asset representing real-world objects such as music, art, in-game items, and videos.
With titles having top stars like Mel Gibson, Morgan Freeman, Bruce Lee, Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock, Jackie Chan, George Clooney, Nicole Kidman, amongst others, Cinevision Global’s library has over 2,000 titles that will create tremendous opportunities for both Valiant Eagle and its subsidiary, Fungy.
CEO of Valiant Eagle, Xavier Mitchell said that the valuation could be about $4 billion if the Fungy marketplace is successful. Mitchell added that the goal was to secure $1.3M and $4M in NFT revenue for Cinevision within three months of operation.
The company in July 2021 had announced buying all rights of ‘Fists of Fury’ and the overall deal was the acquisition of twelve iconic movies. NFT’s have drawn tremendous interest from multi-national corporations in 2021. Earlier in August 2021, Visa had bought $150,000 NFT from the popular “CryptoPunks” collection.
