Fernhill Corporation (OTCMKTS:FERN) jumped 43% and 230% in a week. Recently the company appointed Nathanael Coonrod as its EVP of Engineering. CEO Marc Lasky said that they are delighted with the appointment of Coonrod as EVP of Engineering.

Lasky said that Coonrod has expansive software engineering experience after working for various mission-critical programs with a wide range of companies. He has equally helped in multiple pending and issued patents in distributed computing and blockchain technologies. With specialization in crypto mining, blockchain development, and other software development, Coonrod has developed various leading techs and private blockchains; thus, he is the ideal person to take the company to the next level.

Last month the company signed a Letter of Intent to purchase a proprietary digital asset cryptocurrency trading platform. The purchase is part of the company’s continued expansion in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industries. Fernhill recently signed an LOI to purchase an institutional crypto trading firm serving hedge funds and bans with tech, automated algorithmic trading, strategy developing, smart order routing, risk exposure analysis, and best execution.

Market Reaction:

On Tuesday, FERN stock surged 43.50% at $0.0336 with more than 297.56 million shares, compared to its average volume of 80.60 million shares. The stock has moved within a range of $0.0234 – 0.0341 after opening the trade at $0.0239.
