In recent weeks, the mergers and acquisitions company ILUS International Inc (OTCMKTS:ILUS) has seen its stock emerge as one of the major gainers and the trend continued yesterday.
Investors continued to move in to the stock on Thursday and sent it jumping by 23% amidst considerable interest. That took the gains generated by the stock to 51% over the course of the past week and to as much as a staggering 345% over the course of the past month. In this situation, it might be a good idea for investors to take a look at the sort of progress made by ILUS this year so far.
The company has already completed the acquisition of as many as three companies in 2021 so far and it is in talks with regards to more acquisitions. Earlier on this month, the company noted that it was in talks with regards to the acquisition of large sized manufacturing facility in Europe.
ILUS has been in discussions with regards to this particular acquisition for as long as six months. However, ILUS is now in the final stages of closing the transaction. It could be a good move from investors to start tracking the stock a bit more closely.
