When a stock soars despite there being no news it is time for investors to perhaps take a look into the past in order to get some semblance of an idea about the company. For instance, the Code Green Apparel Corp (OTCMKTS:CGAC) stock emerged as one of the major gainers last week and ended the day with gains of as much as 68%.
While that gains made by the stock were considerable it is also necessary to keep in mind that there has not been any news about the company in recent years. One would need to go back to June of 2017 in order to come across a significant piece of news about Code Green.
At the time the company had announced that it was going to launch its line of Golf Apparel due to the considerable demand for sustainable products from the gold market in the United States. Code Green is best known for producing corporate apparel that is eco-friendly.
Perhaps the move into the golf market was a natural extension for the company. The gains made by the stock last week are expected to bring it into sharp focus this week and it remains to be seen if the Code Green stock can add to its gains.
