The plant based food sector has grown at an impressive clip in recent times and one of the companies that investors could consider tracking is the well known plant based food technology outfit The Very Good Food Company Inc (OTCMKTS:VRYYF).
However, on Wednesday, the company’s stock did not have a particularly good time and ended the day with a decline of as much as 2%. Yesterday, the company was in focus after it announced that its limited edition product named Stuffed Best had been brought back. It is a crafted plant based meat product and the company decided to bring it back just in time for the holiday season.
In addition to that, it was also noted that the product is going to be initially made available in as many as 250 stores across the United States. The product is sold under the company’s well known The Very Good Butchers Brand and will be made available at retail stores operated by Metro Markets, Wegmans, PCC Markets and Earthfare.
In addition to that, the company also announced that its Holiday Meat Box and Thanksgiving Box are also going to be made available at different stores at the beginning of next month.
