Imperium Motor Company Canada, which is the Canadian electric vehicle division of DSG Global (OTCMKTS:DSGT), has completed a successful Quebec Electric Vehicle this past weekend. The show gave them access to a lot of media coverage and exposure. Journalists got to take out the SEV for test drives after the show, and followed up with articles and TV reviews.
Consumer response on seeing and experiencing the SEV in person for the very first time, was simply amazing. It resulted in deposits on over 327 SEV’s during the Montreal and Quebec shows for retail sales of about $15 million. In fact, journalist and radio personality Benoit Charette commented that the SEV stole the show.
As of now, the company has started to ship various vehicles, including the utility and passenger vehicle – the TradePro. SEV vehicles like the Comfort and Premium models of the SEV have finished production and are ready to be shipped. Arrival of the TradePro’s and the SEV’s are expected during the next 4 weeks.
Meanwhile, the company is set to receive and install 900 New Tag Units during Q4 – it will generate a revenue of around $1.5 million. The units are going to be used for completing installations at many of the previously announced courses. The company aims to make up for a large majority of its previously announced $10 Million backlog for the Tag Systems in the first quarter of 2022.
