NASDAQ Bounce List: GRIL, METX, WTRH, PIXY, GHSI

Following were the most active stock losers on Tuesday. Keep an eye on these stocks this week.

Muscle Maker, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRIL) stock was the biggest loser in the previous trading session. The stock slumped 14% to $1.44 with more than 15.66 million shares traded hands, well above its average volume of 1.53 million shares. Investors preferred to book profit as the stock had moved up about 50% in the past week. Earlier this week, the company announced that it has inked a Master Franchise Agreement for 40 units in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; solidifying the company’s second multi-unit international deal.

Meten Holding Group Ltd. (NASDAQ:METX) was another active stock buzzer on Tuesday. The stock closed lower by 10% to $0.5256 with more than 133.89 million shares traded hands, well above its average volume of 69.32 million shares. Last week, the company announced that it entered into a strategic cooperation agreement  with AGM Group Holdings Inc. , an integrated technology company focusing on fintech software services and high-performance hardware and computing equipment manufacturing, to accelerate the development Meten’s blockchain and cryptocurrency mining business.

Waitr Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:WTRH) was one of the biggest percentage losers on low volume. The stock fell 8% to close at $1.71. The company reported profit of $12.3 million in its third quarter. The Lafayette, Louisiana-based company said it had profit of 9 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 3 cents per share.

ShiftPixy Inc. (NASDAQ:PIXY) stock had a volatile session as the stock moved lower by 9.16% to $1.19 on total volume of 740k shares, compared to its average volume of 1.14 million shares. Last week, the company announced the promotion of Amanda Murphy to the post of Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2022. Ms. Murphy has served as the Company’s Director of Operations since January 2016, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since April 2020.

Guardion Health Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:GHSI) stock was another active buzzers as the stock fell 7.90% to close at $1.40. More than 921k shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 2.06 million shares. TANH stock is trading above 20% from its 52-week low and 80% away  from its 52-week high.

Meten Holding Group Ltd (NASDAQ:METX) stock was notable mover as the stock pulled back a bit after the recent jump. The stock slid 5.50% to $0.5848 with more than 215.15 million shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 65.99 million shares. GHSI stock is trading above 45% from its 52-week low and 83% away  from its 52-week high.

Allied Energy Corp.  (OTCMKTS:AGYP) deserves a look from OTC investors as they have recently announced signing a new lease and also struck oil on their leased well sites located in Texas. Global energy prices are at 7 year highs.  With the need for more domestic energy growing apparent, AGYP and its US based exploration projects may benefit. AGYP issued news Thursday that they have achieved production on the #1, #2, and #5 wells of the Gilmer Lease in Texas.
