Canadian-based exploration company focused on advancing its Hercules gold project, Goldn Futures Mineral Corp (OTCMKTS:GFTRF) on December 14, 2021, announced engagement of Toronto-based marketing firm, North Equities Corp.

Engaged through social media expertise, North Equities will facilitate greater awareness of the firm news flow and improve widespread dissemination. The firm is confident on North Equities assisting it in enhancing its online profile.

The engagement term will be for 6 months, subject to the terms of service agreement implemented between North Equities and the firm.

North Equities would be paid an aggregate, up-front, cash amount of $100,000 besides being given 1,150,000 stock options. The two are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and North Equities does not have securities in the firm.

He is confident on the team at North Equities would be effective in communicating advances to the market and for targeting new participants and investors through a network of social media along with traditional news distribution.
