Earlier in the month on January 5, 2021, the company had come into focus after Tiderock announced that its offering statement on FORM 1 A, which was pursuant to Regulation A had been approved by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The latest permit is going to allow the company in raising up to as much as $20 million in a period spanning 12 months.
The company noted that the management at Tiderock had been focused on its growth over the course of the past 12 months. It is believed that this development is going to help in that regard.
Agreement to Co-Develop 277-Bed Student Housing Project Near Rutgers University
On the other hand, last month on December 15, 2021, the company had announced that its subsidiary unit Sora Ventures LLC had inked a letter of intent with the firm Courtland Plaza with regards to becoming a strategic development partner in a project.
The project in question is the 277 Bed Student Housing Facility located in New Brunswick and is meant for servicing Rutgers University. It might be a good move to add Tiderock to your watch lists at this point.
