There has been no news at all about Entertainment Arts Research Inc (OTCMKTS:EARI) for many months and it is quite likely that the stock may have gone out of the radars of most investors. One would have to go back as far back as June of 2021 to come across any news about the company.

Back on June 7, 2021, the company announced that it had managed to complete as many as two strategic acquisitions. One of those was the Delaware Corporation Betta4U Brands Inc and the other was the Wyoming Corporation named Street Beatz Brands Inc.
It was a major announcement from the company at the time and must have generated its fair share of buzz among investors as well. After all, the company had provided highly positive details with regards to the potential revenues that those firms could bring in.
Entertainment Arts Research noted that it expected that the two companies could manage to bring in revenues of more than $10 million combined and in addition to that, projected EBITDA from the two companies was expected to be $2 million. Those were impressive figures and it might be a good idea for investors to keep in mind when Entertainment Arts Research eventually announces its next set of financial results.
In this regard, investors need to also take a look at some of the statements from the company’s management at the time. The management of Entertainment Arts Research noted in a statement that the two acquisitions were going to provide the company with a strong base from which it could market and distribute its products. In addition to that, the management also stated that the possibility of cross-selling a wide range of complementary products could also help Entertainment Arts Research in creating diverse streams of revenues.
At this point in time, there is hardly any news about Entertainment Arts Research at all and hence, it may be a good time for investors to wait for further news before making any kind of move.
