Shares of Cyberlux Corporation (OTCMKTS:CYBL) closed with double-digit gains on Wednesday after the company reported solid revenue for the month of January.
Digital technology platform company providing, Cyberlux Corporation (OTCMKTS:CYBL), announced on February 9, 2022, that it had surpassed the January Revenue Plan of $1.5 million by 28 percent.
Cyberlux delivered $1.9 million in revenue during the month and the firm also had a 13% surge in January revenues over the previous month.
The record demonstrates six continuous months of sustainable revenue growth. Furthermore, the firm is expecting momentum in revenue growth. This will ensure it achieves a revenue outlook of $44.8 million and also have a positive net income from operations for the entire year.
Cyberlux Corporation CEO Mark Schmidt said that the company is excited by the revenue performance, which will facilitate in exceeding plans of $1.5 million by 30%.
Schmidt added that this will also put the company ahead of its internal goals achieving the $45 million revenue outlook.
The CEO further added that the addition of the Kreatx team, Igor Stanisavljev as GM of the new Digital Platform Solutions business unit, DAS team, and Chris Damvakaris as the Chief Revenue Officer will help the company capture a share of the $1 trillion global markets.
Damvakaris will oversee the company’s business development, strategic partnership as well as sales execution across the four business units. He brings over two decades of experience in global sales both in enterprise software solutions as well as SaaS.
Cyberlux Corporation also announced the acquisition of Digital Automation Solution, innovative software solutions provider as well as a source of groundbreaking intellectual property.
The company also announced accelerating its software investment strategy as the firm is looking to build a global and sustainable business portfolio.
The addition of Igor Stanisavljev will strengthen the firm’s technology leadership position as he brings over three decades of experience. The company also had several meetings for UAS and ALS opportunities. Its Infrastructure Technology Solutions unit is working together with the South American team for executing 31-hectare plan and introducing ITS services across South America.
