(TSXV:HULK // OTCMKTS:HLKKF) is extremely interesting ESG play for North American investors.  The company grows its water lentils in a vertical aquaponics farm which utilizes 5% of the water its traditional agricultural cousins require.   Its crops are available within 24 hours, and the company then grinds them to a fine protein powder.

Pontus (TSXV:HULK // OTC: HLKKF) water lentil protein is 42.1% pure plant protein.   Amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein, are more plentiful in lentils than peas or soy.   They also contain contains a plentiful amount of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, these are what nutritionists call ‘good fats.’

Many plant-based and other alternative proteins leave users with some digestive issues, these lentils are easily digestible with a high fibre/ fiber content ratio.

Finally, Pontus checks several important boxes for consumers in the plant-based food market; it is non-GMO, allergen-free, and 100% organic.  Organic growth in the share price could come sooner than later.

RESAAS Services Inc. (RSS.V) stock was a key volume buzzer in the previous trading session as the stock ended higher by 27% to $0.54 with over 30k shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 27K shares.

The company announced today that its U.K. based subsidiary Blessed CBD has entered the German market with online sales of its full spectrum CBD oils, gummies, capsules, creams and balms via its official website at www.BlessedCBD.de. Additional CBD product categories will be introduced for sale in the German market in the coming months. Fulfillment will be facilitated through High Tide’s existing Amsterdam based warehouse.

Goldquest Mining Corp. (GQC.V) stock has been buying buzz recently. On Wednesday, the stock up 12.30% at $0.32 with more than 603K shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 282K shares.

Goldquest Mining Corp., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the identification, acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties. It primarily owns a 100% interest in the Romero gold-copper project that comprises two mineral deposits covering an area of 3,997 hectares located to the south of the Central Cordillera of Hispaniola; and the Tireo property, including 13 concessions totalling 20,076 hectares located in the province of San Juan de la Maguana, the Dominican Republic. The company was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Digihost Technology Inc. (DGHI.V) was one of the notable gainers in the previous session. On Wednesday, the stock gained 10.20% to $3.78 with more than 27K shares traded hands, compared to its average volume 63K shares.

The Company mined approximately 50.85 BTC in February 2022, an increase of 15.83 BTC, or 45%, compared to February 2021. Using the February 28, 2022 and February 28, 2021 closing BTC prices (from CoinDesk) the value of the Company’s BTC mined in February 2022 increased by $615,631, or 39%, compared to February 2021.
