Important Board Changes Announced at Silver Bull Resources
Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (OTCMKTS:SVBL) has announced major changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Jack McClintock has resigned from the Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective from March 3, 2022. Mr. David Underwood has been appointed to the Board to replace Mr. McClintock.
The company has announced the grant of 3,300,000 stock options that are exercisable for a period of 5 years at a price of C$0.32 per share to various directors, officers, employees and consultants. The options will be subject to vesting over 2 years. This granting of stock options is part of the company strategy to attract, as well as, retain talent. It also motivates the team to work toward ensuring the success and value creation at Silver Bull.
Mr. Underwood brings three decades of exploration experience in Africa and other parts of the world, to the table. He has acted in executive and senior technical roles for major and junior exploration and mining companies. He is also the co-founder of, and since June 2020 has been a technical advisor for, Lotus Gold, a private company focused in Egypt.
