Global leader in interactive entertainment, Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA) has announced on April 13, 2022 that FarmVille 3, the latest title in its popular FarmVillefranchise, has been released in Japan. It is available for download in App Store and Google Play, as well as on macOS.

Farmville was launched in 2009 on Facebook, and became an instant sensation that led to over 700 million installs worldwide across Facebook, web and mobile platforms. It spawned a social gaming franchise that offered players the ability to grow virtual crops and build digital farms together in real-time. There have been different versions of the game such as FarmVille 2, FarmVille 2: Country Escape and FarmVille 2: Tropic Escape.
Farmville 3 focuses on reinventing the classic farm building genre and showcasing modern mechanics of mobile gaming. It was launched in most countries globally on November 4, 2021. After being completely localized for Japanese players, it is now being rolled out in Japan.
Players in the region can gain access to all existing and previously released content, including adorable baby animals from more than 150 breeds, a diverse cast of farmhands and unique gameplay features such as customizable farms and dynamic weather patterns.
