Having close to two decades of experience in capital markets, Bryan has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Cappelli Organization. He was responsible for overseeing about a billion dollars of mixed-use developments in Westchester and Fairfield Counties, including Condominiums and The Ritz Carlton Hotel.

Additionally, he has served as Co-President of Development for Ceruzzi Holdings. Bryan has also monitored the acquisition and development of the Centrale and Hayworth condominium projects, which are more than 1 million square feet in size and $1B in value. Blue Line Real Estate Ventures, a dynamic real estate investment vehicle, is Bryan’s firm and has served as a co-general partner in several big developments across all asset classes.
