The company was actually in the news last Friday after it announced that it had managed to close a non-brokered private placement that it had announced back on July 27, 2022. Tempus announced that it had managed to raise around A$1.02 million from the placement.
In the above-mentioned private placement, the company issued as many as 20,338,885 units for the price of A$0.05 each, and the gross proceeds for the placement stood at around A$1,016,944. A solitary unit consisted of one fully paid ordinary share in Tempus and one free attaching option.
The placement option is going to entitle the shareholder to pick up a fully paid ordinary share in Tempus for A$0.075 at any time within three years from the date of issuance. It was a significant development for Tempus and it is going to be interesting to see if the stock gets any traction among investors this week.
