She joined the Bank in 1982 and has decades of experience in accounting and reporting, financial management, bank operations as well as business analysis. She has witnessed the firm grow from just $51 million in assets to about $900 million and also expand across Southern and Central Illinois.
Town and Country Financial Corporation on August 23, 2022, announced a merger with HBT Financial, Inc. It is expected that the transaction will close by quarter one of 2023, subject to approvals and closing conditions.
Micah Bartlett, President and Chief Executive Officer of Town and Country Financial Corporation expressed delight in welcoming Denise’s contributions to the firm in the last four decades.
