Ryan Pratt, CEO, and founder of Guerrilla RF said that the company is excited about having important design wins confirmed with GRF6402. Pratt added that the product is both the first DSA and the first silicon-on-insulator product. The CEO added that it represents a huge leap ahead as the firm is expanding its portfolio for including high-frequency designs and more SOI.

The firm is expecting to ship million-plus units in the inaugural year of production. It is ultimately aiming at expansion of the portfolio to include variable gain amplifiers, switches, cores with complex bias control as well as products operating well into C & X frequency bands.

Founded in 2013 and based in Greensboro, NC, the company is engaged in developing and manufacturing high-performance microwave integrated circuits for wireless OEMs in multiple market segments. The firm has a portfolio of microwave semiconductor devices and more than 100 high-performance radio frequency devices.
