While it is true that there has not been much news about Australian company Artemis Resources (OTCMKTS:ARTTF) for some time, it should be noted that back in November last year the company had in fact made a major announcement.
On Friday, ARTTF stock ended flat at $0.0157 with 75K shares, compared to its average volume 13.79K shares. The stock moved within a range of $0.0157 – 0.0157 after opening trade at $0.0175.
Technical Director Appointment, CEO and Directorate Changes
At the time the company announced a major shakeup in its top management. Non-executive director and resource experts Dr. Simon Dominy was appointed as a technical director. The new role was a reflection of his contributions towards the company and he would be responsible for providing guidance to the Artemis executive team. On the other hand, the company also announced that it had also started hunting for Chief Executive Officer based out of Australia for strengthening its management team and also for heading key projects.
That was not all. Alastair Clayton also announced his decision to step down from his position as the executive director of the company. The move was made so that the executive team could move wholesale to Australia as it started working on the next stage of growth for Artemis. It is now going to be interesting to see over the coming months how Artemis progresses on its many projects.
