Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. Strengthens Global Operations With Key Resource Additions
It was announced that the investment company Viva Industries was going to complete the acquisition of a controlling stake in the company’s Canadian subsidiary and rename it Rainmaker Canada & Caribbean Inc. It is expected to come as a significant boost for the company since it would be able to work on its global interest while the personnel at Viva take care of its interests in Canada and the Caribbean.
As part of this particular agreement, Michael Skinner would take up the position of Chief Executive Officer at Rainmaker Canada & Caribbean and John Gillis will assume the role of the Chief Technical Officer.
Last but certainly not least, Ryan Moore would assume the role of the Chief Strategy Officer & Vice President of Business Development. In this regard, it is perhaps necessary to point out that Gillis and Skinner were two of the early investors in Rainmaker and they would bring a lot of expertise in the Canadian and Caribbean operations of the company.
