The company announced that there had been commencement of key permits for the American Antimony Project located at Bernice Canyon in Churchill County, Nevada. In the news release Xtra Energy Corp noted that the major new development would help it in the upcoming phase of development and that would eventually make the project a significant player in the antimony production space in the United States. It was further noted that the permitting process in which the company collaborated with Trinity Consultants-WestLand underscored its commitment to adherence to local and international regulatory rules.

The company further announced that other than the facilitation of the exploration work, Xtra Energy Corp would also get road access thanks to the latest development.
