There are a number of companies which are going to be in sharp focus this morning and one of those could be Paragon Technologies Inc (OTC:PGNT), which had been in the news cycle yesterday. The Update
The current investigation, being overseen by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, had been instituted to look into the conduct of the previously terminated Chief Executive Officer Hesham M Gad. It was in December 2024 that the investigation had been launched and was announced at the same time. In the news release, the company further noted that the investigation was also a demonstration of Paragon Technologies’ commitment to the ideals of integrity, compliance and transparency.

In the initial stages of the investigation, the focus primarily been on the conduct of the former CEO with regards to the company’s funds and his adherence to the fiduciary obligations to the shareholders of Paragon Technologies.
