AmmPower Corp (OTCMKTS: AMMPF) Announce Executive Appointments Of Chief Technologist and Senior Advisor

AmmPower Corp (OTCMKTS: AMMPF) has appointed Dr. Zhenyu Zhang as the company’s Chief Technologist.

AmmPower appoints Zhenyu as Chief Technologist

Zhenyu attended the Colorado School of Mines, specializing in catalytic membrane reactors for effective ammonia decomposition and synthesis.  As AmmPower’s chief technologist, he will lead the development of hydrogen releasing ammonia “cracking” or dissociation techs and ammonia producing catalyst technologies.

He has experience in the field, having published scientific papers where he proposed a new catalytic membrane reactors configuration for simultaneous hydrogen release and purification from ammonia decomposition. Zhenyu’s success in his work led to the start of a research project financed by the Department of Energy (DOE) with a $2 million research grant.  Dr. Zhang was in charge of project conception, process design, data collection, and analysis. His groundbreaking research has paved the road for future ammonia production.

AmmPower CEO Gary Benninger said, “I am very pleased to personally welcome Zhenyu to our AmmPower team where he will hold a key leadership position, guiding us in our quest to create a greener world.”

AmmPower appoints Paul Mascarenas as Senior Advisor

Recently, the company appointed Paul Mascarenas OBE as advisory board Chairman and Senior Advisor.  Mascarenas has massive corporate leadership experience and currently serves as a board of directors’ member at ON Semiconductor, The Shyft Group, Borg Warner Inc., and the United States Steel Corporation.

Benninger said, “Ammpower is truly fortunate to have an individual such as Paul Mascarenas chair our advisory board. Mr. Mascarenas is an industry leader in engineering and new product development and has extensive experience with working with companies around the globe. Paul will work directly with me to advise on the leadership strategy and implementation of company directives. Furthermore, having Mr. Mascarenas located in Michigan, near Ammpower’s planned 15,000 ft2 development facility, will allow him to be very engaged with the team.”
