NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) target raised to $250 at Rosenblatt (198.15)
Rosenblatt raises their NVDA target to $250 from $200. Analyst Hans Mosesmann commented, “We are taking our price target for Buy rated NVDA to $250 from $200 based on earnings power over $6.00 for FY24 (calendar 2023) on best-in-class AI play with growth vectors into next generation networking/DPU adoption and early-days of autonomous driving S/W kicker. We now believe the move to acquire ARM later in the year is likely not going to happen as a result of the UK’s posture on the deal, which we think the Street has been slowly realizing. The stock will work nonetheless, we believe.”
Chatham Lodging (NYSE:CLDT): Raising to Buy as Materially Improving RevPAR Trends are at Odds with Recent Share Price Weakness – B. Riley
B. Riley Securities’ Bryan Maher states, “We are raising our rating on Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) from Neutral to Buy following a 2Q21 earnings beat and, in our view, unwarranted weakness in the shares since March. Unequivocally, the lodging segment has steadily recovered in 1H21, with Chatham being no exception, and we expect to see continued solid results in 2H21-1H22 barring a major setback in the pandemic recovery. Specifically, while we do expect to see leisure travel subside somewhat post-Labor Day, we expect much, if not all, of this demand to be replaced by improving business transient customers.”
