Over the past week, the move in the Ambient Water Corporation (OTCMKTS:CPSL) stock was one of the more intriguing ones in the market. There has been no news about the company in recent times but investors piled on to the stock in a big way and sent it soaring by as much as 70% in the past week.
While there has been no news, it might be a good move from investors to perhaps take a closer look at a development from December last year. Back on December 23, 2020 it emerged that Jeffrey DeNunzio was appointed the custodian of the company after the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County in Nevada granted the application sent in for the custodianship of Ambient Water Corporation.
As per the course order at the time, DeNunzio was made the interim director of the company. After having been made the interim director, he also got the right to exercise all the power that are available to the corporation. While the news about the custodianship was certainly a major development for the company, it is unlikely that the stock rallied over the past week due to that. Hence, it could be a good idea to keep an eye on any news regarding Ambient Water Corporation over the coming days.
