The Asia Broadband (OTCMKTS:AABB) stock was back in focus among investors yesterday after a while following a key announcement from the company and its stock ended the day with gains of as much as 3%.
The company announced that it was in the final stages in its work with regards to the development of its proprietary cryptocurrency exchange. The exchange is going to be launched soon and it is expected to be a major milestone for Asia Broadband and its ambitions in the fast growing cryptocurrency sector. The exchange is going to be launched within the AABB Wallet.
The company noted that the AABB Wallet has been downloaded as many as 14000 times and hence, in recent times the potential scope of the cryptocurrency exchange has grown manifold. However, more importantly, the company also noted that more features and functionalities have been added to the exchange that what had been initially planned.
In order to boost the market penetration of the exchange, the company will also launch a web version of the exchange, in addition to a version in the Spanish language. At this point, it could be a good move from investors to keep a close watch on the developments.
