Purple Innovation Inc (NASDAQ:PRPL) Stock Falls 13% in a Month: Here is Why

In the past month the Purple Innovation Inc (NASDAQ:PRPL) stock has performed poorly and during the course of that period, it has tanked by as much as 12% amidst a steady selloff. In light of such a fall, it is perhaps important for investors to figure out if the correction in the stock might actually be an opportunity to get into Purple Innovation.

In this context, it might be useful to note that back on September 10 the Purple Mattress manufacturer had made a major announcement. The company announced that two of its top executives were going to participate at the Raymond James 2021 Consumer Conference.

The event was scheduled to be held on September 14, 2021. Joe Megibow, the Chief Executive Officer of Purple Innovation and Bennett Nussbaum, its Chief Financial Officer, were scheduled to participate in the even virtually.

It goes without saying that participation in such events is an important thing for most companies and allows the management to share its vision with large audiences. While there has not been any new developments about the company in recent days, it might still be a good move for investors to keep the stock in their watch lists and see if there is any recovery.
