High-value digital currency enterprise, Bluesky Digital Assets Corp (OTCMKTS:BTCWF), on December 10, 2021, announced that the Board of Directors has executed and approved the change of the firm’s auditor.
Bluesky’s Former Auditor, Davidson & Company LLP resigned on the request by the firm. The Audit Committee and Board have appointed Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as Successor Auditor of the Corporation, which came into effect on November 30, 2021.
No unresolved issues or disagreements on any matter of procedures or audit scope, accounting policies, or financial statement disclosure have been seen. Furthermore, no events between the Former Auditor and the Corporation have been witnessed and the auditor did not give an opinion in its report for the financial year ending December 31, 2019, and 2020.
Lastly, a Notice of Change of Auditor along with response letters from Former Auditor and Successor Auditor have been assessed by the Board and Audit Committee.
