Last month on December 7, 2021, the company had made an announcement with regards to the closing of its Regulation A stock offering that had been sold out for 5 cents a share.

Mass Megawatts Wind Power announced that it had managed to raise as much as $250000 in gross proceeds from the aforementioned offering. It had been suggested that the company could manage to produce as much as 30% more power if it could raise its costs by only 10% and hence, the raising of fresh capital was an important step. It now remains to be seen how the company progresses its projects in the near term.
