Rockhouse Live and Vnue, Inc. Announce New Music Show Series In Key West
VNUE, Inc. is tying up with Key West’s Barefoot Radio 104.9 and RockHouse Live Key West, for a new music show centered on local artists and those artists who pass through the exotic and beautiful island, while touring. The announcement was made on July 29, 2022, with the Live and Local at RockHouse Live Key West, set to air every Thursday night, starting September 1, 2022, from 8PM to 10PM. The show will be 100% live from RockHouse Live Key West’s exclusive Rock Room, its upstairs performance room and venue.
Apart from being aired on terrestrial radio by Barefoot 104.9, the show will also air on VNUE’s online and app-based radio station, VNUE Radio. It is to be professionally livestreamed on VNUE’s StageIt.com platform too. Both mediums are aimed towards a global audience, with StageIt.com having over a million subscribers. Virtual attendees don’t have to pay anything, but are encouraged to tip artists. The show will even air on select screens at each of the other RockHouse Live locations, in Clearwater Beach, Oxford, MS, and Memphis, TN.
Two musical artists, ranging from solo artists to full bands, are to be featured every week. They would be interviewed on-site in the RockHouse Live Rock Room, in front of a live audience. Each artist will take the stage, and during their performance, the radio station will play recordings by each of the featured artists, as well as other local artists who have submitted material for consideration. Live and Local at RockHouse Live Key West will be totally open to the public. There will also be specials offered from the show’s sponsors, as well as free SWAG, and other things to make each show unforgettable.
On July 13, 2022, RockHouse Live International had announced a deal to open yet another new location, this one located in historic downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. RockHouse Live is the first and only hybrid, live & virtual entertainment-themed restaurant and venue concept. It was founded by entertainment and technology guru Zach Bair, who has rolled it out internationally with partner and fellow entertainment and financial executive Jock Weaver.
The new location is to be situated in the epicenter of St. Pete’s high-energy downtown. It will have both indoor and outdoor dining, along with a full kitchen and liquor bar. It will also employ technologies commercialized by the publicly traded sister company, of which Bair is CEO. It includes Soundstr, the company’s music recognition technology platform, as well as set.fm “instant” live recording.
