Dalrada Corporation Brings Metaverse-Based Digital Ecosystem to Averett University
Dalrada will gift the futuristic experience to educate Averett students regarding the ownership of data, personalized artificial intelligence, and effects of digital currency on an economic system. The metaverse experience will be facilitated via proprietary technology and specific tools that ultimately lead to further learning and understanding of the foundational technologies to establish a modern metaverse-based economic system.
Dalrada’s investment is expected to be more than $2 million, for creating this state-of-the-art Web 3.0 educational experience. The new metaverse expands on Dalrada’s existing partnership with technology incubator, imagineeer, and is made possible through a larger clean energy initiative on the Averett University campus which will also deliver considerable cost savings.
It includes digital twinning capabilities for optimizing energy use across campus and capturing carbon emissions reductions. The effort will also create new educational opportunities focused on data-driven sustainability initiatives.
The partnership is expected to set the bar for colleges across the country while equipping students with tools for being successful after graduation. It will even aid Averett University in tackling ongoing societal challenges.
