Therapeutic Solutions International Secures Financing to Complete Current Phase III Stem Cell Clinical Trial
While it is true that there was no news about the company yesterday that may triggered the rally, it should be noted that back on September 20 the company had in fact made a major announcement. Therapeutic Solutions announced at the time that it had gone into an agreement with the firm GHS Investments LLC for the purchase of its registered shares for a sum of a maximum of $10 million.
GHS is one of the better known names in the management and investment industries and is involved in providing financial support to small cap companies for potentially high returns. As it happens, GHS has already made a range of investments and reaped rewards through its investments in a number of nano-market cap companies.
The financing is going to help Therapeutic Solutions in speeding up the Phase III clinical trial of its product JadiCells, noted Timothy Dixon, the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company.
