VitalHub Corp (OTCMKTS:VHIBF) on September 28, 2022, announced a multi-year licensing contract of subsidiary Transforming System’s SHREWD Platform and SHREWD Resilience offerings to NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board.
On Wednesday, VHIBF stock ended flat at $1.7500 with more than 100 shares, compared to its average volume of 372 shares. The stock moved within a range of $1.7500 – 1.7500 after opening trade at $1.7500.

Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board serve a population of more than 1.2 million people. It spans care organizations including Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, North East London NHS Foundation Trust, Essex County Council, East of England Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, Southend-on-Sea City Council as well as Thurrock Council.
This shows a fresh customer contract affording Essex with visibility into the entire health system in real time. This will enable load balancing, operational efficiency, and improved resource utilization. The contract gives access to SHREWD Platform and Resilience offerings across the Essex care network, increasing penetration of Transforming System’s offerings.
