Following a key new announcement last Friday, Pardee Resources Inc. (OTC: PDER) had hit the radars of investors, and prior to the beginning of trading today, it could be a good idea to take a closer look into it.
Communications Update
The company announced on October 25 that it had made plans to update the process for communications with the shareholders. The new process would go into effect with the announcement of the financial results for the third fiscal quarter of 2024.
The company stated that it would start publishing its annual and quarterly financial reports in addition to relevant notices on the OTC Markets website. Following the publication, the documents would be distributed through email and United States Mail shortly thereafter.
Further Information
Following the new communication strategy’s implementation, the company’s financial reports would be posted on the OTC Markets website in the first week of May, August, and September. The annual financial report would be posted on the same website at some point in mid-April.
Pardee Resources went on to add in the news release that the company did not have any plans to change the email and United States mail distribution system that was already in place. Thanks to the new strategy, shareholders would be able to peruse the financial reports and notices prior to the receipt of the same in their email inbox or regular mail.
