The company announced yesterday that it had come to an agreement to revitalize its previous move into the innovative adult-infused beverage sector. Previously the company had made an announcement about having embarked on such a move through the undertaking of Courtship Wines.
SoEquity Partnership
The move from the company came along soon after it had made an announcement with regards to a new strategic partnership with SoEquity Corporation. SoEquity is headed by Calvin Frye, the innovator and cannabis entrepreneur based out of Canada. Frye is noted in the United States legal cannabis space for his range of accomplishments, and one of those is in the health sciences industry.
Due to the alliance between the two entities, the Courtship Wines venture will be pivoted to include the benefits of some of the strong relationships and connections in the social equity enterprise ecosystem.
