Allied Energy Corporation (OTC: AGYP) Signs Strategic MOU with Green Rain Energy Holdings (OTC: GREH) to Convert Stranded Gas into Power for Texas-Based EV Charging Infrastructure
Allied Energy Corporation (OTC:AGYP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Green Rain Energy Holdings Inc., marking a key collaboration to convert stranded natural gas into power for electric vehicle charging stations across Texas. This partnership leverages AGYP’s existing energy assets to generate clean, off-grid electricity for high-speed charging, particularly along major routes like I-35 and I-10.
This initiative positions AGYP as a leader in Texas’s evolving energy landscape, combining its legacy in hydrocarbon production with forward-looking clean energy deployment. With Texas set to receive over $400 million through the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure program and over a million EVs expected on the roads by 2030, the demand for decentralized charging solutions is rising sharply.
Under the agreement, Green Rain will identify optimal locations, while AGYP will provide natural gas supply, perform quality testing, and secure the necessary leases for micro-generation units. These localized power systems will help bypass grid bottlenecks and expedite the rollout of Level 3 DC fast chargers.
AGYP anticipates long-term revenue from the $120 billion EV charging market while supporting Texas’s goals of decarbonization and energy independence. Company President George Monteith emphasized that the firm is turning underused gas assets into clean energy solutions benefiting communities, the environment, and shareholders alike.
The MOU remains in effect for 120 days and is expected to lead to a formal energy supply agreement once development begins.

“This is where energy/oil field innovation meets clean energy execution,” said George Monteith, president of Allied Energy Corporation. “We’re taking energy resources that are often wasted, stranded, or underutilized and turning them into revenue-producing power for EV infrastructure. That’s a win for Texas, a win for decarbonization, and a win for investors.”
