American Premium Water Corporation (OTCMKTS: HIPH) has announced its new e-commerce platform for the joint venture with CaliBear, will launch its Beta version on July 8, 2021. The company retained Studio 420 to continue the development work and also the implementation of the new website.

The company’s CEO, Ryan Fishoff, said, “The Company is excited to announce that it is launching a new Beta ecommerce site for CaliBear CBD products on July 8. This is our first step towards launching the full line of CaliBear CBD products for sale both online and in-stores. A lot of time and energy have been spent preparing for this day, and management is very happy with the ongoing preparations for the full launch. The company has retained 420 Studios, a preeminent firm in the cannabis sector that has been leading the space with many large and established CBD and cannabis brands.”
Fishoff explained that the Beta version launch would be just the start for the company’s vision for the brand. Besides the fully functional e-commerce platform, the company has other experiential and digital marketing programs under development as American premium water commences the countdown for CaliBear CBD line launch.
CaliBear to launch in 2H 2021
Studio 420, a Planet Media subsidiary, conducts web design, branding, and digital marketing to help clients develop and define identity, presence, and position in the CBD and cannabis sector.
Fishoff added, “As we head into the second half of 2021, the Company is not only making preparations for the CaliBear launch, but also working to prepare the company for an audit.” The company hired a VP of Finance who has begun preparing its books for an audit.
