POSTD Merchant will assimilate the new acquisition into it and allow it to operate as a fully authorized bank that will offer the entire gamut of financial services. In addition, the merger will permit POSTD Merchant to broaden its operations in the U.S. and enhance its reputation as a bank.
The merger will allow both companies to pursue significant projects that will see them grow and target human improvements globally. For the merged entity, the focus would be to assimilate both their U.S. and Bolivian operations. It will permit the new entity to achieve its planned goals efficiently and effectively.
