The company is exploring additional opportunities in strategic regions globally as it seeks to accelerate the adoption of its products.

Recently the company signed a letter of intent to purchase TerraData Unmanned PLLC. TerraData is a drone-based firm that offers various capabilities that include underwater inspection services. In addition, the company offers integrated geo-rectified, drone-based, and 3D modeled mapping for water management agencies, engineering companies, and transportation departments. Therefore, DPLS is a stock to watch in the coming weeks.

On Monday, DPLS stock fell 7% at $0.0940 with more than 46.96 million shares, compared to its average volume of 106.60 million shares. The stock had moved within a range of $0.0900 – 0.1090 after opening the trade at $0.1025.
