Home Bistro Expands to Full Gourmet Dessert Menu by Celebrity Pastry Chef Melanie Moss
Zalmi Duchman, Home Bistro CEO said that post the successful launch of a unique and delicious salted brownie dessert in August last year, it is now a complete menu. Home Bistro now provides cakes in cookie form like Lemon Poppy Cakie, Cheese Cakie, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake Pop, Apple Doodle Cakie and Chocolate Ganache Cakie.
Chef Melanie Moss commenced at age mixing pastry dough with her Viennese grandma. Moss attended Northwestern University and studied in Paris at La Sorbonne. She has been Sous Chef at Cours de Cuisine atelier and later attended the Institute of Culinary Education. Moss’s desserts have been recognized in the 2016 New York City Michelin Guide.
In 2018, she became a Champion of a special-themed chocolate competition on Food Network’s CHOPPED. In September last year, she also finished the Beat Bobby Flay again on Food Network in a chocolate challenge. Moss wowed Bobby with her chocolate truffles and chocolate eclair.Home Bistro currently has inspirations developed by some of the leading chefs.
