The company was in the news cycle yesterday after it shared a key update. It was announced that Gene Caiazzo had been appointed in the capacity of the sole officer and also as the Chairman of the company’s board. The appointment had gone into effect back on December 27, 2022. In addition to that, it was also announced that Matthew Dywer had tendered his resignation from all his positions at Integrated Cannabis Solutions and was no longer associated with it.
The company noted that Caiazzo’s experience as a Chief Operating Officer is going to bring a great deal of expertise to the operation of Integrated Cannabis Solutions. Around five years ago, he had created Consolidated Apparel Inc and has been instrumental in consistently boosting sales while cutting down on costs.
The company also pointed out that 2023 is going to be a fresh start. It is going to begin with the purchase of new equipment and the launch of new products among other important things.
